I used a coupon code that was not offered on MyAmexShop. Can I get credit back?

You may not receive credit back for purchases made in conjunction with a coupon code that was not supplied directly by MyAmexShop. 

MyAmexShop can only guarantee credit back when coupon codes have been supplied directly by us on the offer page.
