How can I earn credit back to my Card?

You can earn credit back on your American Express Card by: 

1. Creating your MyAmexShop account and linking your American Express Card
2. Clicking on the links provided for each store’s offer on MyAmexShop and making purchases through this link. You must click on the link provided on MyAmexShop to receive credit back (if you navigate away from this link or the store’s website, you will not be eligible to receive a credit back), and
3. Paying for purchases using your linked American Express Card. Only use the American Express Card linked with your MyAmexShop account to make a purchase. 

Make sure that you check that all ad-blockers are disabled while using the MyAmexShop service.

Once you have made an eligible purchase, the credit will be issued back to your linked American Express Card within 7 days, but may take longer.

Each store contains a section, "When will I receive my credit?". Please refer to the store page on MyAmexShop to check the average credit processing times, as each store may differ in how it processes your offer.

Credit will be reversed on purchases that are cancelled, returned or partially returned.
